A working session plus a written assessment: current state, what it will take, what it's worth, and a fixed-price proposal with three options. Credited in full against any engagement within 30 days. You keep the assessment either way.
Design, approved before we build
Complete system design, stack rationale, delivery timeline, risk register, and locked acceptance criteria. Nothing gets built until you've signed off on the plan.
Delivery
AI handles production — boilerplate, scaffolding, test harnesses, repetitive implementation. Experienced developers handle business logic, review and testing. An architect owns every structural decision. Compute cost is in the price, not added to it.
Handover
Working software, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Your team is never left holding something they can't maintain.
