How engagements are priced
Fixed price. Not hourly.
We quote a number before the work starts, and that number doesn't move. If a build takes 30% longer than we estimated, that's our problem — not a revised invoice.
A working session and a written assessment covering what you have, what it will take, and what it's worth to your business. You leave with a fixed-price proposal presenting three options at different scopes. The fee is credited in full against any engagement you start within 30 days.
If you decide we're not the right fit, you keep the assessment anyway. You paid for it.
Why we don't publish rates
Because an hourly rate tells you what we cost, not what you get. Those turn out to be different questions, and only one of them is yours.
A senior developer is a $150,000+ commitment and a three-to-four-month hiring cycle before anyone writes code. A national consultancy will quote several times that. We price between those, against what the work actually returns.
That conversation needs your numbers, which is what the assessment is for.
